Bacon-Cheddar Bagel Ring


  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough, biscuits halved
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 4 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. green onions
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. dehydrated onion
  • 2 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • Egg wash


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an ovenproof 10” skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Make dip. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, green onions and cheddar.
  3. Make everything seasoning. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic powder, dehydrated onion, poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
  4. Cut each biscuit in half and roll halves into balls. Place around the perimeter of skillet to form a ring. The biscuit pieces should be touching! Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with everything seasoning. Spoon bacon-cheddar dip into the center of the biscuit dough.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden and cooked through.
